Hi, I’m Alex, and I’m passionate about immigration law. I’ve been an attorney for 11 years, and for the last 9 years, I’ve dedicated myself entirely to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. This field is incredibly personal to me because my parents immigrated to the United States from Honduras to give me and my siblings better opportunities. Their journey is what fuels my commitment to helping others achieve their own dreams in this country.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of representing hundreds of clients in a variety of immigration cases, including asylum, employment visas, student visas, appeals, cancellation of removal, green cards, citizenships, VAWA, and more. I take great pride in my work and have built strong relationships with immigration judges, officers, prosecutors, and fellow attorneys across South Florida.
I’m an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where I also serve on the USCIS AILA and Asylum AILA committees. I’m a member of the Florida Bar and am qualified to practice immigration law throughout the United States.
My approach to law is simple: I believe in providing a personalized strategy for each of my clients, maintaining clear and honest communication, and offering services that are reasonably priced. I’ll always be upfront with you about your chances for success because I believe that trust and transparency are the foundations of any good attorney-client relationship.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help. Feel free to call or email me to schedule a consultation.
